Terry Cheng, P.E., R.P.L.S., is
a partner of TSC Engineering Company and has more than 30 years of diversified experience in transportation, municipal, institutional, and commercial projects. He has been active in the community and in numerous professional organizations. Some of his current and former boards of directorships include the American Leadership Forum, American Society of Civil Engineers, Asian American Engineers/Architects, Chinese American Lions Club, Chinese Professional Club, Greater Houston Partnership, Houston Area Urban League, National Society of Professional Engineers, Salvation Army, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and the United Way.
David S. Kermany, P.E., is a partner and Operations
Manager of TSC Engineering Company and
has more than 25 years of experience in municipal, residential,
commercial and industrial projects. His past experience was
directing and managing, marketing in the civil engineering and
construction of land development projects. As a licensed
professional engineer in the State of Texas, he has extensive
experience in creation and operation of Municipal and Utility
Districts (MUD) and master plan communities. Mr. Kermany is
responsible for the Quality Control/Quality Assurance of all TSC
projects as well as management of various land development
assignments and management of Water/Wastewater design team
Andrea Ranft, P.E., Transportation Leader for
TSC, has more than 10 years experience in roadway and highway design. She is the former Design Supervisor for the TxDOT’s Central Houston Area Office, where she was responsible for the direction and supervision of the highway design group. Andrea has substantial experience in both preliminary and final design of complex multi-level interchanges and urban highways. She is highly trained and skilled in the use of Geopak in the roadway design process. Her broad range of assignments has included development of roadway geometrics, determination of candidate roadway and maintenance projects, alternative analysis and evaluation, accident analysis, public meetings, and the development of plans, specifications and estimates. Andrea was selected by the ASCE Committee on Younger Members (CYM) as a recipient of the 2006 Edmund Friedman Young Engineer Award for Professional Achievement.
Tom Vance, MBA, TSC's Controller and Director of Administration, coordinates legal, financial, and computer services for the company. He has supervised and performed audits throughout the world and has taught at a local university.
Amy Lim, Bachelor of Business
Admin in Finance, is TSC's Business Services Manager,
coordinates payroll, employee benefits, and administration
services for the company. |
