TSC's Transportation sector serves clients in both urban and rural environments. Major discipline areas include transportation planning, schematic and conceptual highway design, traffic engineering, preparation of detailed PS&E documents for highways and bridges, and hydrology and hydraulics design. TRW also provides studies and other environmental and cultural assessments, and performs design-build as well as conventional bid-build projects. Our varied transportation client base includes numerous TxDOT districts across the state, various toll road authorities, and a variety of cities, counties, and municipalities.
